It applies to the website and to any app that wraps it (the "ybn-qye" app).

  • Enquiry form data: name, phone number, email address, country and the message you submit through the enquiry form. This is the primary data we process.
  • Communication data: when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we retain the conversation details needed to fulfil your enquiry.
  • Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used to operate and secure the site and to measure basic traffic.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to wholesale enquiries, rate-card requests and quotations.
  • To provide GST invoicing and delivery information for orders.
  • To improve the website and its product catalog.

The website is hosted on Vercel (US/EU data centres). Enquiries sent through the email form are delivered to our business email address; WhatsApp messages are handled by Meta WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. We store enquiry records in our business email and records systems, accessible only to authorised personnel, and keep them for as long as needed for business and statutory purposes.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

The site does not use third-party advertising cookies. Our app shell uses browser local storage and a service worker cache solely to make the site work offline and remember your viewing preferences — no tracking data is collected through them.
