Q. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale orders?
A. MOQ depends on the product line. Most FMCG and stationery items are supplied in wholesale cartons, and building materials are quoted per unit or per consignment. Send us the item name and quantity on WhatsApp or email and we will confirm the rate and MOQ within a few hours.
Q. Do you deliver across India?
A. Yes. We dispatch from Madhubani, Bihar to dealers, retailers and institutions across India via trusted logistics partners. Delivery timelines depend on the destination and order size.
Q. Do you provide GST invoices?
A. Yes. QYE International Private Limited is GST-registered (GSTIN 10AABCQ2355A1ZA) and every wholesale order is billed with a proper GST invoice, which is also eligible for input tax credit.
Q. How can I pay for a bulk order?
A. We accept payment via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) and UPI — there are no payment gateway charges. Payment terms are confirmed on the quotation.
