Stages of a Project
Most projects we work on move through six stages — planning, design, material procurement, construction, finishing and handover. Knowing which stage you are in helps you ask for the right material or service instead of buying items out of sequence.
- Planning — requirement, site and scope are defined
- Design — drawings and structural design are prepared
- Material — quantities are estimated and materials are procured
- Construction — execution and site supervision
- Finishing — interior and exterior finishing works
- Handover — completion walkthrough and handover
